Join us for a pawsitively amazing celebration on International Dog Day!

Help us raise funds for the wonderful cause of Paws it Forward. 

Paws It Forward began in November 2011 when two friends, working in a pet store, learned about the helpless animals being euthanized at high-kill shelters in California in order to make space. After they enlisted their friends and family to help save over 50 dogs from being euthanized they were able to find loving homes for each one. As the network of people wanting to help grew, they were able to help more dogs. None of this would be possible without the countless volunteers and foster homes that helped them on their journey. Today Paws It Forward rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes hundreds of dogs from around the world who have been neglected, abandoned or abused every year.

By attending this heartwarming event, you contribute directly to Paws it Forward's lifesaving efforts. Your generous donations and participation will enable the organization to continue rescuing, healing, and rehoming dogs in need. Big White Ski Resort is kicking things off with a $1,000 donation directly to Paws it Forward.

- Check out our dog obstacle course; an exciting adventure that will put your furry friend's abilities to the test.

By donation to Paws it Forward, the quickest time of the day will win a $25 Gift Certificate to our pup-friendly patio at The Woods 

- Stop by the Big White Chair for a polaroid photo with your adventure crew, keep the cute memory close.

- Ensure you stop in at the Paws it Forward tent to meet some of the dogs available for adoption, and to check out profiles for the nearly 60 loveable dogs currently seeking adoption.

- We are having a Best Dressed competition for all the doggos of the day; visit the team to submit your entry 

Bring your dogs and spend the day on mountain - Our Summer Music Series starts at 2pm featuring live music with Dan Tait, or to keep the tails wagging go explore our hiking trails or experience a Sightseeing Chairlift Ride.

- Last but certainly not least, we are excited to announce we will have PET PASSES available for $25/each at the Ticket Office in the Village Centre on SATURDAY ONLY
