APRES SKI MASSAGE

Personalized full body massage incorporating fascial release and stretching. Focusing on relieving tension and stress after a day of skiing. This is a light to medium pressure treatment.
THERAPEUTIC DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
60 minutes - $175 | 90 minutes - $255
Personalized deep tissue massage suitable for treating injuries, sore muscles and specific areas of concern. This is a firm to hard pressure massage treatment.
BACK, NECK & SHOULDER
45 minutes - $120
A focused upper body massage to address tight muscles, knots and areas of tension. Trigger point release and deep tissue work will help alleviate muscle imbalances and areas of concern.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
90 minutes - $255
Soothe away sore muscles and aches with this light to medium pressure full body relaxation treatment.
HERBAL SERENITY MASSAGE
75 minutes - $225
Experience the healing powers of essential oils and herbs in our heated herbal pouches. A full body massage designed to detox the body and melt away stress. A combination of Swedish massage techniques and Podikizhi , an ancient Ayurvedic treatment, will relieve stiffness and symptoms of arthritis.
MATERNITY MASSAGE
60 minutes - $175 | 90 minutes - $255
For the mother to be , our personalized maternity massage utilizes specialized maternity pillows and will help relieve aches, pains and sore muscles.
