Helpful Information

• Tickets must be pre-purchased online or from the Activities Desk in the Village Centre Mall
• Tickets are limited; purchase early to avoid disappointment
• Refunds or game transfers must be made 48 hours in advance to the departure of the bus
• Rate includes ticket to the game and transportation to and from Big White Ski Resort
• There will be no refunds for guests who miss the bus 
• Bus picks up and drops off at the Village Centre Mall
• Bus departs Big White at 5:30pm for 7:05pm games, 2:30pm** for 4:05pm** games and 4:30pm* for 6:05pm* games - collect your tickets from the Resort Services Team at the Village Centre Mall Parking Lot from 5:15pm for 7:05pm games, 2:15pm** for 4:05pm** games or 4:15pm* for 6:05pm* games 
• Bus departs Prospera Place Kelowna after the game, or at completion of game, in case of overtime play and returns to the Village Centre Mall Parking Lot 
• Online bookings will close at 5pm PST the day before the game

Quick Tips

• Wear warm clothing layered clothing.
• Arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure of the bus
• Please be aware that as per arena security all bags are subject to search. 
• Outside alcohol is not permitted.
