Booking with us is Easy!
Big White Groups Department is here to assist with all of your group's needs. We know that Big White is the perfect place to bring your group!
WHAT IS A GROUP? Groups are classified as 20 or more paying guests. The group will nominate one group leader who together with our groups department is responsible for coordinating accommodation arrangements & activities and making all payments on behalf of the group. Not sure if you qualify? Just give us a call.
TO RECEIVE A QUOTE: Simply let us know you are interested in bringing your group to Big White by filling out our group request form via the link below with as much information as possible. We will put together a quote for the perfect trip - with no obligation to book! If you would like to discuss your group needs before completing the form, please email us at groups@bigwhite.com or call us directly on (250) 491-6174.
TO BOOK: If you choose to move forward with your booking we will then draft up a contract including all terms & conditions and place a hold on your accommodation for up to 15 days. Once the contract has been signed and the deposit has been received your booking will be finalized and we will keep you updated on future payments and information required.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: 30 Days prior to arrival we will send you a request to complete a rooming list, making sure we have everyone accounted for. 15 days prior to your arrival a reminder will be sent to you to ensure we have everything ready for your group's arrival at Big White. This way your Arrival Documents will be ready for collection upon your arrival.
ON ARRIVAL: You will be welcomed at Central Mountain Check-In or your hotel front desk by our friendly resort staff. You will be presented with your Arrival Documents that will include your accommodation keys or codes.
