Use this guide to help you navigate Big White’s craft beer scene – from our very own on-mountain brewery to beer-centric festivals to slope-side patios. 

As if the Okanagan Champagne Powder, the snow ghosts and the completely ski-in-ski-out Village weren’t enough to make Big White Ski Resort stand out, we are also the first ski resort in North America to have our very own chocolates – dreamt up, designed and distributed by Executive Chef Rob Walker.

When you’re working hard, manoeuvring the slopes through all that champagne powder, sometimes you need a little extra fuel to make it to last chair. Rob Walker, one of Canada’s most accomplished chefs, has joined Big White Ski Resort as Executive Chef. Born and raised in British Columbia, and with over 15 years of culinary experience, Rob is an award-winning chef that is well experienced in utilizing the plentiful products of the region to produce incredible food.
