Whether you're new to mountain biking or an experienced rider looking to explore, our knowledgeable guides will lead you through scenic mountain routes featuring breathtaking viewpoints, fresh alpine air, and the fun of pedal-assist riding.

With small group sizes and routes tailored to rider ability, these tours offer a relaxed and enjoyable way to experience the mountain.

Morning Explorer Tour 9:00am
Perfect for beginners and experienced riders alike. This half-day adventure allows plenty of time to build confidence, explore scenic trails, and enjoy the best viewpoints Big White has to offer.

Afternoon Adventure Tour 1:30pm
Designed for intermediate and advanced riders looking for a fun and efficient mountain experience. Explore more challenging terrain while discovering some amazing riding routes.

Daily Tours

Morning Explorer Tour: 9:00am - Beginner 2-3 hours Must be 15 years of age or older as bikes are built for adults Beginner to Intermediate $125 per person
Afternoon Adventure Tour: 1:30pm -Intermediate 2 hours Must be 15 years of age or older as bikes are built for adults Intermediate to Advanced $99 per person
Prices are per lift ticket and do not include tax (5% GST). Ticket pricing subject to change without notice.
Helmets are required for all guests to ride, goggles are also highly recommended.

 

What to Expect

Every tour begins with a brief orientation covering:

  • E-bike setup and controls
  • Safe riding techniques
  • Trail etiquette and mountain awareness

Our guide selects routes based on the comfort and ability level of the group to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. Guests interested in a longer, customized, or more advanced ride are encouraged to inquire about private tour options.

Quick Tips

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled tour – meet in the Village Centre
  • Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.
  • Closed-toe shoes suitable for riding are required.
  • Bring sunglasses or protective eyewear to help with dust, wind, and changing light conditions.
  • Guests are welcome to bring their own helmet, or one can be provided.
  • This is an active outdoor experience and involves light physical activity throughout the ride.

Tour Information

  • Maximum 4 riders per tour
  • Minimum age 15 years
  • Riders must be comfortable operating an adult-sized bicycle
  • eBike and helmet included

Cancellation Policy

  • There are no refunds/reschedules available for no-shows 
  • Less than 48 hours notice, no refunds/reschedules available
  • 48 hours notice, full refund available
  • Tours proceed in a wide range of conditions, at the discretion of the operators, tours may be refunded, or rescheduled if trail conditions are unsafe for the tour to proceed 
  • Tours depart on schedule - late comers who miss the safety briefing may be unable to join the tour and are not eligible for a refund
