Step into our magical winter wonderland as we invite you to Santa’s Workshop, happening daily from Wednesday, December 17th to Wednesday, December 24th, from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm. Nestled within the charming confines of the Village Centre, Santa's Workshop is brimming with delightful surprises and heartwarming activities designed to create lasting memories for the whole family.

One of the main highlights of this extraordinary event is the opportunity to meet the one and only Santa Claus himself! Gather around for an unforgettable moment captured in time—a free photo with Santa. This special interaction is sure to be a cherished memory for years to come.

But the magic doesn’t stop there! Santa’s cheerful team of elves will be on hand, ready to guide you through an array of festive crafting activities. Engage in hands-on creativity alongside these whimsical helpers to craft unique and charming holiday keepsakes.

Join us for photos with Santa from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and again from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm, followed by a cozy Storytime with Santa from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm. On December 24th, we’ll close early at 1:00 pm for photos only, so don’t miss out!

Join us for a magical Storytime with Santa, happening daily from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm! Gather around as Santa shares enchanting holiday tales that will spark your imagination and fill your hearts with joy. It's the perfect way to unwind and celebrate the spirit of the season with family and friends. Don’t miss this delightful opportunity to create lasting memories with the jolly old man himself!

Letters to Santa from Wednesday, December 17th, until Tuesday, December 23rd

Let your imaginations run wild as you comprise a Wishlist for Santa. Whether it’s a special toy, a heart’s desire, or a selfless wish for others, Santa is always eager to hear from all the boys and girls of Big White. After your letters are complete, drop off your precious envelopes into Santa’s magical mailbox located in the Village Centre outside Santa's Workshop between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. These letters will be carried directly to the North Pole, reaching Santa’s Workshop just in time!

Santa’s Little Helpers at Santa's Workshop will have your response from Santa ready for collection the very next day. We just ask that you stop by the workshop between 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm. If it's outside of these hours, then please see the Activities Desk, who have been instructed by Santa himself to help get his response to you!
