Our full-time Owner Relations team is dedicated to you, our vacation property owner, and is available year round to offer guidance and support for prospective clients, and to counsel owners on how to increase their revenue.
Our team is here to assist you with all aspects of owning and renting your property with Big White Central Reservations, from building the listing on bigwhite.com & our new online booking system, to supplying high quality photos of your unit, providing you with monthly rental statements, and ensuring you have access to our exclusive owner portal. You'll have ease of mind knowing that our well-trained and highly qualified team is taking care of your vacation property and if you are looking at improving your property, our team is on-hand to source those enhancements.
Our owner web portal allows you access to your monthly statements, invoices and rates at any time, see our quarterly newsletters and other information, plus you will be able to manage your owner reservations. Once logged into the owner portal you will be able to see what we have booked into your unit in real time. There are no limitations or maximum owner-use nights. Prior to taking any guest bookings the dates for your own and your guest’s bookings are reserved.
Big White Central Reservations is the only full-service rental accommodation provider with a full-time sales force who travel worldwide and attend ski and trade shows yearly in Canada, USA, Europe, New Zealand and Australia to promote your property. We have a number of in-market sales representatives around the world working on your behalf. Our dedicated sales team has built strong relationships with tourism associations and travel agencies, and you can be confident knowing their passion and knowledge of Big White, along with their lengthy ski industry experience, makes them the best in the business!
We have invested in toll free numbers from North America, Australia, New Zealand and UK, providing easy access to our call centre from our largest markets.
Big White Central Reservations new online booking system allows guests to search all accommodation, view photos and room descriptions, compare pricing, book special deals and more. Our guests are raving about the ease and convenience of booking online, since launching at the end of September, 2023, we have seen a 400% increase in online bookings, capturing more bookings for your property.
The path of least resistance to securing new bookings is connecting with those who have already stayed with Central Reservations. Our return guest marketing program involves email campaigns that give return guests early options to book (ahead of the general public) which deliver 2x and 3x industry standard opening rates. This may also involve digital ad retargeting at key times throughout the year using display advertising, video advertising, etc. Big White Central Reservations fully understands the importance and value of return guests and due to our high standards and “going the extra mile” customer service commitment, our guest retention rate is second to none.
By having a partnership with multiple Travel Agencies across the world, Big White Central Reservations is able to increase your online visibility and reach more customers for more bookings. Certain markets and guests prefer to book via a travel agency and our partnerships make this easy. We provide training plus resort and units tours for our Travel Agency partners, putting Big white top of mind when they are assisting their ski customers. Our listings on Trip Advisor and Google Reviews provide future guests with past guests' experiences at the units we represent and all reviews are responded to by our professional and knowledgeable contact centre team.
Throughout the winter months, Big White Ski Resort hosts a variety of extremely well-attended events and activities for its guests and residents, from the Para World Cup, to Big Reds, the Big White Rally, International Airline Ski Federation Championships and more. In 2018, Big White hosted the Canadian Olympic Team athlete send off, as well as a Hallmark film crew for the production of "A Winter Princess." Event organizers turn to Central Reservations first to secure the accommodation they need. Big White typically steers large events away from holidays and busy periods, which means working with Central Reservations helps you earn rental revenue for more nights of the season.

With one call, guests can book accommodation, lift tickets, airport transfers and even airline tickets plus a Ski School lesson guarantee! Our reservations team is dedicated to planning extraordinary winter holidays with superior service and incomparable value. Our professional and knowledgeable contact centre team prides itself on going the extra mile, providing outstanding customer service, and are all highly trained in explaining the attributes of your property and making the sale.
Big White Central Reservations provides around-the-clock check-in and customer care via our 24-hour front desk, so no matter what time a guest arrives, our staff is able to greet them with a friendly smile. Our experienced bellmen work closely with the front desk team to take care of all guest needs. From answering questions to shoveling snow to assisting with luggage, the bellmen provide unparalleled support to ensure guest satisfaction. No other agency offers this level of service.
We also provide security patrol to monitor the buildings we represent from midnight to 8:00am to ensure the safety of our guests and your property.
Our experienced maintenance team is on call 7 days a week, 8am to 7pm during the operating season so that if there are any problems with your unit, Central Reservations will attend to it right away. Our skilled maintenance team minimizes down time so we can maximize your revenue. We are also more than happy to assist you with any potential changes that you might want to have done in your residence in the off season and can provide quotes for any potential renovation needs that you would like to discuss. We have skilled carpenters on staff, and many other contractors that can help with any plumbing, electrical and flooring needs. If we are not able to complete the work ourselves, we can put you in contact with contractors who can. All you need to do is contact Owner Relations to assist you with starting the process.
Our Big White Central Reservations team and the Big White Ski Resort sales and marketing team meets weekly to discuss occupancy rates and strategies to generate revenue. Our teams work together on sales initiatives, ski and board show participation and offerings, hosting tours of the resort and units for top producing agencies, media and influencers with one main goal of maximizing occupancy and revenue.
Based on the mountain, our Housekeeping Team has professional training, uniforms and quality equipment. We provide our guests and unit owners with a wide range of in room amenities, on arrival and any requested refills while in house, including but not limited to; coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper products, laundry and dishwasher tabs, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies such as tin foil and Saran wrap, at no additional cost.
Our on-site commercial laundry ensures your linens are properly sanitized, and large items like duvets and duvet covers are easily washed in the large commercial laundry machines so as not to cause more wear and tear on your personal washer and dryer.
