2025/26 Big White Ski & Board School Refund & Cancellation Policies

Group Programs

Including: Group Lessons, Discover, Next Step, Never Ever Days, Pro Guided Tour, Park Chics, Park Chics Jr, Ladies Day, Masters Monday, Tot Town Daycare and Daycare Plus

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Can be rescheduled, at no penalty, for another available date during the 2025/2026 season, with at least 24 hours’ notice
  • Rescheduling is not permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
  • If you are not able to attend due to illness or injury, a credit towards a future purchase on the Big White e-store may be offered (admin fee may apply).
  • No shows will forfeit the amount paid and are not eligible for reschedule.

Private Programs

Including: Private Lessons, Teach Your Tot, First Tracks, Adaptive Private Lessons, Nordic Private Lessons, Snowshoe Tours

  • No refunds will be issued for missed lessons due to weather conditions.
  • A reschedule or refund request with more than 72 hours notice will incur a $30 (+ tax) admin fee.
  • No refund or reschedule is permitted within 72 hours of the lesson start time.
  • If you are not able to attend due to illness or injury, a credit towards a future purchase on the Big White e-store may be offered (admin fee may apply).
  • No refund or reschedule is permitted after the lesson scheduled start time.

Special Programs & Camps

Including: Freeride Club (Adult & Kids), Teen Program, Pros in Training, CSIA Level 1 Pre-course, Women’s Camps, Masters Week, January Ski Week, Freedom Fridays

  • No refunds will be issued for missed lessons due to weather conditions.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the program start date to receive a full refund.
  • After this date, for cancellations due to illness or injury, a credit towards a future purchase on the Big White e-store may be offered (admin fee may apply).
  • Any changes to your booking may incur an admin fee.
