The Base package is mandatory and includes the event Registration Fee and Food and Beverage Package

  • The Registration Fee is $100 plus 5% GST CAD.
  • The Registration fee is non-refundable.
  • The Food & Beverage Package is $569.40 CAD before gratuity and tax, $705.49 CAD including gratuity and tax (and includes 5 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 3 dinners, and a final banquet).
  • The Food & Beverage Package is fully refundable up until January 26, 2026.
