Off Season Mountain Safety

Big White Ski Resort is closed for the winter season, and we look forward to welcoming guests on the mountain, June 29, 2023.

Please do not enter the Alpine area above the Village for any reason. We currently have teams working with machinery to clear areas of snow to help the melt for bike trails etc. There is an enormous amount of unmarked hazards, including rocks, jumps and cliffs.

Please stay on the areas that we have outlined and do NOT head out on the mountain at this time for your own safety. There is NO uphill access at the resort at this time. The mountain is closed.
