I Need to Buy or Reload a Pass

The fastest, easiest way to get your pass is online. No lineups. No paperwork. No waiting. Just a few clicks and you're set.

The fastest way to purchase or reload your Season Pass is online. You can:

• Buy or reload your pass at any time
• Upload your pass photo
• Complete the required waiver
• Check whether you need to visit a Ticket Office

Early Bird pricing ends October 18, 2026.

Online payment: Credit cards and gift cards are accepted. Debit and cash are not available online.

I Already Purchased My Pass

Check your pass status online before visiting a Ticket Office. The status checker will tell you whether your pass is active or whether you need to provide additional information.

I Need to Visit a Ticket Office

You may need to visit us if you:

• Are a first-time passholder
• Need a new pass card
• Have an old or damaged card
• Need to complete a waiver
• Need to provide student documentation
• Are instructed to visit after checking your pass status

Before visiting:

• Adults must be present to sign their own waiver.
• Students must upload valid documentation before their pass can be activated.
• Cash, debit, credit cards and gift cards are accepted in person.
• Visit early, as wait times increase closer to the Early Bird deadline and Opening Day.

Get Ready for Opening Day

Opening Day is scheduled for November 26, 2026. Purchase, activate and pick up your pass in advance at our Kelowna Head Office, so you can head straight to the lifts.
