Posted On: October 01, 2025 |
The Early Bird deadline is October 18. Whether you’re a long-time passholder or thinking about grabbing your pass for the first time, we’re here to make the process as easy as possible.

This guide will walk you through what to expect, how to avoid last-minute stress, and the simplest ways to get your pass in hand before prices go up.

Skip the Line — Buy Online

The fastest, easiest way to get your pass is online. No lineups. No paperwork. No waiting. Just a few clicks and you're set.

Online benefits:

  • Available 24/7 — buy any time

If You’re Buying In Person, Read This First

In-person purchasing is available, but there are important limitations to know — especially during the final week.

Key info:

  • Paper waivers are required for all in-person purchases or reloads
  • Adults must be present to sign waivers
  • All payment types accepted in person, including cash, debit, credit, and gift cards
  • Expect longer wait times as the deadline approaches. If you must visit in person, come early and be prepared.

Next Step: Get Shred Ready Before Opening Day

Opening Day is November 26 (or earlier), and things go smoother when passes are picked up in advance—especially for Kelowna-based passholders.

If you’re a first-timer, a student, or a returning passholder with an old card or missing waiver, picking up early is essential.
