Join the team at Six Degrees Bistro for a special evening featuring Iconic Wineries of British Columbia and a curated five-course menu perfectly paired with the finest wines in the Okanagan Valley. Highlights of the evening include the acclaimed 100-point Oculus and Little Pawn Chardonnay, as well as selections from Martins Lane Winery. We are honored to welcome Matt Lebedoff Jr., who will lead us through this exclusive wine paired experience making a truly unforgettable night.

Join the Globe Restaurant for a unique culinary experience with Paul Moran, the acclaimed Top Chef Canada winner. Chef Moran, known for his innovative approach to Canadian cuisine, will return to his Okanagan roots to collaborate with Globe’s team in this exclusive dining event.
Chef Moran, who has gained national recognition for his distinctive culinary style, will present a Tantalus Vineyards Winemakers Dinner at Globe Restaurant on Friday, December 6, 2024. The evening will feature a four-course dinner, perfectly paired with wines from Tantalus Vineyards, one of the Okanagan's top wine producers.

This exclusive collaboration promises to enhance your experience at the Elevation Grand Tasting during Big Reds. The most collectible wines from the most award-winning wineries in the Okanagan: Martin’s Lane, CheckMate, Mission Hill Legacy, CedarCreek Platinum, Liquidity, Road 13 and Red Barn all expertly paired with a carefully curated array of delectable small bites. All of this will take place in an intimate setting, ensuring a truly memorable occasion.
