Big White Opening Day: Photos!
It's the day we've all been counting down to - OPENING DAY!
Cold, cold temperatures didn't stop the crowds as they lined up for the Ridge Rocket chair this morning, waiting with anticipation for the lifts to begin turning at 8:45am.
Young Biggie locals, Owen and Lewis, were first on the chair with their dad, Gareth. They got to the chair at 6:50am, dressed in sleeping bags, in order to be first in line.
Along with Matt, a sous chef at Sante's, the three of them rode the first chair all the way up to the top of the Ridge for the first tracks of the 14/15 season.
