2026/2027 Prize Letter Booking & Cancellation Policies

Big White Prize Letter Booking and Cancellation Policies

Prize Letter Reservations Made Outside 30 Days of Arrival:

  • From the date of the original booking, Prize Letter bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival. (ie if you book your reservation on October 1 for December 10, you will have up until November 10 to cancel). Within 30 days of arrival no changes can be made and if cancelled the Prize booking will be forfeited and cannot be rebooked.
  • Prize Letters are non-transferable or redeemable for cash and are subject to availability.
  • Prize Letters are valid for the 2026/2027 winter season only and exclude the following dates unless stated differently on your prize letter: December 18, 2026 to January 2, 2027, February 12 - 18, 2027 and March 12 – 29, 2027.  Valid until end of 2026/2027 winter season.
  • The items included in the prize will be provided as stated on the prize letter and there are no changes or upgrades permitted.
  • Unused portions of your prize letter booking cannot be used for any other bookings.
  • The minimum age to rent a unit is 21 years old, except Aspens which is a minimum of 30 years old, Bullet Creek Cabins, Copper Kettle Lodge, Towering Pines and Pinnacles which are a minimum of 25 years old, Grizzly Lodge which is 24 years old and Stonebridge Lodge which is a minimum of 23 years old (Each adult must be over the age of 23, except in a family group containing multiple generations of related individuals).
  • Upon check-in all guests are required to provide the credit card used for their booking as a security deposit pre-authorization of the first nights room charge. Please note a pre-authorization is not an additional charge, rather a hold on funds as a security deposit which is then released back on your credit card following check-out.

  • To ensure your holiday has been booked accurately, we ask that you carefully review your confirmation to ensure the following information is correct:           
  • Dates of Travel
  • Location of your accommodation and room type
