Synopsis
A ridge of high pressure over the region will continue to bring fair and dry conditions with mostly light ridge winds today and moderate ridge winds tomorrow. A low is expected to develop over central interior BC on Saturday with isolated flurries and moderate-strong ridge winds. Freezing levels up to 1400-1800 m are also expected through Saturday.
3 to 5 Day Outlook
A new Pacific low is expected to track through the region during the latter half of the weekend with snow and moderate-strong ridge winds expected on Sunday and isolated flurries and moderate ridge winds on Monday. Freezing levels in the 1200-1600 m range on Sunday are expected then dropping to the 400-800 m range by Monday morning.
