Big White Central Reservations Guests - Exclusive Lift Tickets

HOW TO BOOK YOUR LIFT TICKETS

1. Toggle between different age categories and use the calendar to compare lift ticket prices between regular midweek, regular weekend, and peak seasons.
2. Select a start date to begin your purchase.
3. Each person must set up an individual e-store profile so that each ticket is assigned to a guest.
4. When prompted, enter your Big White Central Reservations accommodation confirmation number. This will validate you and allow you to complete your purchase at the exclusive discounted rates. Note: Central Reservations Discounted Lift Tickets are valid for guests staying in Big White Central Reservations overnight accommodation only, within the dates of the overnight accommodation. Do not share this link.
5. After you complete your purchase, you will receive a QR code along with your receipt. Please keep this accessible for your arrival at Big White.
6. When you arrive at Big White, proceed to the nearest Big White Ticket Pick-Up Box (conveniently located around the resort) to collect your tickets.
7. Once you have purchased an online lift ticket, you can reload the physical card with additional lift tickets or POWder Cards at any time. Log in to your online account to reload.

Terms and Conditions:

Passes and tickets remain the property of Big White Ski Resort Ltd and may be revoked for breach of the Alpine Responsibility Code or terms. Passes and tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be resold. All refund requests must be submitted by email no later than closing day of the current season (April 6 2026). Offensive or threatening behaviour to guests or staff will result in removal from mountain and loss of pass privileges. Central Reservations Discounted Lift Tickets are valid for guests staying in Big White Central Reservations overnight accommodation only and within the dates of the overnight accommodation only. Passes and tickets will be revoked if someone else is caught using your pass or card. You are liable for any misuse while the Pass or Card is not in your possession unless you have reported your card lost/stolen prior to the misuse. A fine will apply if anyone other than the cardholder is caught using your card. Big White Ski Resort reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to amend the terms and conditions of Lift tickets. Big White Ski Resort Ltd.'s interpretation of the above conditions is final.
