Pass Checker

Be ready to hit the mountain! Avoid lines, time spent indoors, and filling out forms. Use Pass Checker to make sure your pass is valid before you get to the lifts.

Instructions

Follow the instructions below to use Pass Checker.

  1. Click the “Go to Pass Checker” button
  2. Sign in to your account using the same log in details used in the e-store.
  3. Click the “Pass Checker” button
  4. Enter the Pass number located on the front of your pass or ticket. It will start with BWP or BWT followed by numbers. If your pass does not have a BWP or BWT number printed on it, contact resortservices@bigwhite.com.
  5. Select the appropriate location based on the product you have purchased.
  6. Select a date. For season passes, select any date during the season. For tickets, select a date the ticket was purchased for.
  7. Click “Check Pass Status”
  8. The results will be displayed. If the product is “Valid” you can proceed to the lifts. If the product is invalid or hotlisted, please visit a Ticket Office or contact Resort Services.

Pass Checker Results

The results provided in Pass Checker will determine the next step.

  • Valid & Green Check mark: Your pass/ticket is valid, proceed to the lifts.
  • Invalid & Red X mark: No valid ticket/pass product has been purchased; the selected date does not match the product purchase; or the media is too old and must be exchanged.
  • Hotlisted & Red X mark: The pass is temporarily suspended.
    • No Student Documents: email your student documents to resortservices@bigwhite.com.
    • No Waiver: Visit the Ticket office to sign a release of liability waiver in person. This is required for all new passes, in person reloads and for all passholders every 3 seasons.
    • Other hotlist reasons: email resortservices@bigwhite.com for further instructions or visit the Ticket Office.
