Season Passholders receive a discount when purchasing Kelowna Rockets Tickets online. Valid on all 2023/24 regular and playoff season games, club seats are excluded. REFUND OPTION
Can I get a full refund if I change my mind about purchasing my season pass?
You can buy your pass with confidence, knowing that you can get a full refund if you choose to cancel your pass before opening day.
What is the Refundable Pass Option?
The Refundable Pass Option (“RPO”) gives you the assurance of a full or partial refund for certain personal events that prevent you from using your pass during the season. Season passes are non-refundable under any circumstance otherwise.
How do I sign up?
Select the Refundable Pass Option when you purchase your season pass online. The RPO is only available when purchased concurrently with your seasons pass.
How much does this cost?
The Refundable Pass Option is $30 per passholder and is non-refundable.
What is covered by Refundable Pass Option?
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the event you are unable to use your pass during the Ski Season because of a Qualifying Personal Event:
- Injury or Illness: You are diagnosed by a physician with any illness or injury after the date which you purchased your pass. Any conditions diagnosed before purchase are not covered.
- Family Member Illness or Injury: a Family Member who lives in the same Permanent Residence as is diagnosed by a physician with an illness or injury after you purchase your pass and that requires your continued care for that Family Member. The term “Family Member” means your child, Domestic Partner, brother, sister, mother, father, step-child, step-brother, step-sister, step-parents, legal guardian, foster child, ward or legal ward.
- Death: In the event of your death a refund will be awarded to another Family Member with the same Permanent Residence. In the event of the death of a family Member (as defined above) which occurs after you purchase your pass you may also receive a refund if you are unable to continue to use your pass.
- Pregnancy: You learn that you are pregnant after you purchase your pass.
- Employment Transfer: An employment transfer, more than 200kms from the resort. (Applies to residents of British Columbia).
- Travel Restrictions: A government-imposed restriction (does not cover advisories and/or recommendations) that prevents your access to Big White Ski Resort will entitle you to a refund or credit (credits can be used towards the purchase of a new pass in the next season).
Update: All Specific personal events must affect at least 30 consecutive days of the ski season to qualify. Supporting documentation must be provided with each claim.
When does this take effect?
From the time of purchase until the season ends April 6, 2025.
Are resort closures caused by snow events covered?
No, you will not be eligible for a refund due to a weather related closure.
Do I receive a refund or a credit to apply to next season?
The choice is yours!
What will be my refund if I qualify?
Your refund will be based on the price of number of days your pass was used:

How do I request a refund?
You must submit an email to tickets@bigwhite.com before the final day of the season (Forecasted: April 6, 2025). Please provide an explanation, your name as it appears on your pass and your birthdate. Sufficient evidence and/or documentation to support the claim must also be provided. Failure to provide supporting documents may result in the claim being denied.
Once you have received a full or partial refund your pass will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to use your pass to access Big White Ski Resort for the remainder of the 2024/2025 season. All refunds are subject to Big White Ski Resort Ltd.’s discretion and approval. Big White Ski Resort Ltd.’s interpretation of the above conditions in final. All refund requests need to be emailed by April 6, 2025. Any refund requests received after this date will not be accepted.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Season pass and Cardholders must be aware of and obey to the Terms & Conditions.
- Refund Policy: Big White Ski Resort Season Passes and Lift Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and are to be used within the season they are purchased for. Any Season Pass Payment Plan payments are non-refundable. Season passes are not valid until paid in full. The Refundable Pass Option is only available when purchased concurrently with your season pass. Administration fees may apply. All refund requests must be submitted by April 7, 2024. Refund requests after this date will not be accepted.
By using your Season pass or lift ticket you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:
- Season passes and lift tickets remain the property of Big White Ski Resort Ltd and may be revoked for misuse and/or breach of terms.
- Passes and Tickets are for personal use only. They are not transferable and cannot be resold (including on any online platforms such as Facebook groups).
- Respect the Mountain. Respect Others. Respect Yourself. Failure to obey this rule will result in removal from the mountain and suspension of pass privileges. Offensive or threatening behavior towards other guests or staff will not be tolerated.
- You must abide by the Alpine Responsibility Code at all times. Breaching the Alpine Responsibility Code will result in temporary or permanent loss of pass privileges and resort access.
- Season passes and Lift tickets will be voided immediately and permanently if someone else is caught using your pass or card whether you are aware of the misuse or not.
- You are liable for any misuse while the Pass or Card is not in your possession unless you have already reported your pass lost/stolen prior to the misuse. Remember passes are valuable so please keep them in a safe place at all times.
- A fine will apply if anyone other than the passholder is caught using your pass. The fine amount will be the cost of a full price lift ticket on the date of the infraction.
- You are responsible for reporting if your pass or card gets lost, stolen or damaged immediately. For replacements, you will be charged a $25 reprint fee (upon presentation of a valid government issued photo ID).
- Big White Ski Resort may change the opening and closing dates of the mountain and of the season without warning (snow permitting).
Big White Ski Resort reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to amend the terms and conditions of Season passes and Lift tickets.
Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes and vaporizers) is strictly prohibited anywhere on Big White Ski Resort property outside of designated smoking areas. Applies to summer and winter seasons. Mountain Safety Info >>
