With strong winds around the resort and more smoke expected overnight, we have made the decision to cancel the Big White Enduro race tomorrow due to the associated health risk to our guests and staff. We will be refunding all participants and look forward to racing with you in the future. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe.

This enduro race has two course options for a wide variety of family friendly fun. Our 3 stage intermediate course gives riders the opportunity to put their bikes against the clock on three of our most classic Fiv'r Friday tracks. The 5 stage expert course adds climbing, and expert level descents in a true battle with the rock and dirt of Big White.

Get your pedaling legs ready, our intermediate course features one climb of 200m; while our expert course features two or three climbs, with up to 1000m of ascending, and two expert level descents. 

5 Stage Expert Enduro, 8:20am Start: 
5 downhill stages
2 unassisted climbs
$45 entry fee

3 Stage Intermediate Enduro, 8:40am Start: 
3 downhill stages
1 unassisted climb
$25 Entry fee

Podium and awards following races end; 12:30pm near The Woods patio 

Registration closes at 5:00pm Friday, August 18th - there is no day of registration available.

Important Info: 

  • All racers require a valid bike park ticket 
  • All racers must collect their timing chip at the Bike Big White tent located in the Village Centre between 7:00am - 8:00am on event day 
  • All racers will start in the main Village Centre at their designated start time 

 

Intermediate Course Description:
Let go of those brakes and blast your way down the mountain with the intermediate course for the Big White Enduro 2023. This course is the same as last year, boasting three classic tracks from our fiv'r friday racing series. Riders start with a short and steep pedal from the village up Rhonda Lake Road, where they drop into the first of three stages. Stages 2 and 3 are accessed via the chairlift, but will surely test your descending abilities.

Advanced Course Description:
Get your chain lubed up and grab a stick of juicy fruit The Big White Enduro is back for 2023.

This brand new expert course delivers a mix of high speed tech and singletrack sure to make your legs and lungs feel the burn of enduro racing. Riders start with a steep pedal from the village center to the top of Bermslang, where they will get a nice warmup track down their easiest run of the day.

The fun doesn't stop there - Stage 2 is new to 2023 and brings the classic Rock Hammer - Ace of Spades line into play. The day is rounded out with Stage 4 and 5 in the Hubba Bubba zone where racers face the classic punch climb up the knoll on Hubba Bubba in the final stage of the day.
