Big White Canadian Slopestyle hosted by Tom van Steenbergen
This one’s for the riders, eh bud!

Back for another year with what was a change of pace but hugely successful athlete focused event... dig out that double denim and join us for the Big White Canadian Slopestyle, hosted by Tom van Steenbergen.

No crowds, no FMB, just big, gnarly, Canadian slopestyle. For the riders, and rider judged.

Guidelines are changing, and we expect to see the competitor field open up this year, but it’s clear that there will continue to be restrictions which may limit some international athletes ability to travel for competition.

Athletes are required to be informed and abide by any travel restrictions and guidelines that apply to them at time of the event as set out by government and health officials.

For safety of the riders athletes 18 & under may have parents or guradians on site regardless or restrictions on spectators. At this time we limit other athlete to 1 individual on site for support – athletes will be updated prior to event on covid protocols (as provincial guidelines may change in the interim).

Statement on Spectators:
We love the festival vibes and getting the bike community together for events, but the shifting protocols regarding gathering of large crowds and festivals will impact our ability to plan and host spectators, serve food, and open beer gardens. In the interest of the health of our communities, staff and athletes, this year’s event will have no spectator access. We encourage you to follow along on our social channels @bikebigwhite to stay up to date during the event Highlights and coverage of the event will be shared online through Big White and Pinkbike.
