What is the Resort doing for COVID-19 safety and prevention?

We ask for your support to help protect you, our team members, residents and guests from the spread of COVID-19. Our team will continue to follow Interior Health Authorities and the Provincial Government’s directives for operations. As such, we have invested in the following programs:

  • Touchless online day ticket systems that provide direct to lift access. Click here for Biggie Card 2.0 day ticket programs
  • Automatic sliding doors in day lodge facilities where possible
  • Touchless taps and entryways in washroom facilities where possible
  • Decreased volume of seating in all day lodges to abide by physical distancing standards
  • Hand washing and sanitation stations throughout the Resort
  • Regular sanitization of surfaces and increased daily sanitation protocols
  • Reduced indoor capacity of food services and increased outdoor seating and service where possible
  • Reduced capacity and physical distancing measures being taken on chair lifts, lines, and gondolas
  • Reconfigured ski and snowboard rental shops to promote physical distancing and limit contact with staff and other guests
  • We have gone cashless, and are only accepting debit or credit as payment forms at this time for the safety of our staff

We ask that you participate in reducing the spread of the COVID-19 virus by:

  • Washing or sanitizing your hands often
  • Practicing physical distancing of a minimum 6 FT
  • Avoiding touching your face
  • Refraining from sharing food
  • Stay home if you’re not feeling well or experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19
