Big White is pleased to announce the launch of our interactive Mountain Tour, the first of their kind for a resort website. These tours allow you to virtually experience many of our runs with the click of a mouse.

We will continue to add runs and chairlifts on a regular basis.

How They Work

To navigate the mountain tours you need to select a chairlift from the "Mtn. Tour" drop down in the top right corner of the Flash menu (beside the "Web Cam" drawer).

Now you will be positioned at the top of a chairlift. From this vantage point you will see one, or many, pulsing circles. These circles are the buttons you will use to choose a direction in which to travel. Clicking on a pulsing circle will take you down the run to the next rest point, where you will have one or more options of directions to travel.

At certain points you will also see signs with pulsing squares. These squares are rollovers that allow you to read magnified contents of a sign. To read a sign, simply move your cursor over a square and it will automatically enlarge. To return to the main picture, simply move your cursor away from the square and the sign will close.

The run names in the sign rollovers are not links. They are simply meant to allow you to read the signs with a magnified view.
