Just like the season passes, we've frozen the online payment plan fee and it is still FREE! Simply purchase before October 20th to make as little as 2 automatic payments or purchase before the deadlines below to make your preferred amount of payments!

If purchasing in person at the Kelowna office, over the phone, or at Orchard Park Mall Oct 15th - 20th, the payment plan fee remains $25 per person or $75 per family. If you wait for the mall sale in October, you can still split the cost of your pass over 2 payments with your final payment on November 1st. Please note the Payment Plan is only FREE online.

*All season passes must be paid for in full before they will be issued and released to a season pass holder.

MORE Than Just a Student!

The Big White Ski Resort Student Pass is available exclusively to full-time students of recognized accredited college, university, local trade or business school over the age of 19yrs.

Student Passes can Now be Counted Towards the Family Pass!

  • Full time students up to 25 years of age can now be included as part of the family to qualify for family pass pricing.
  • Student season passes being used to qualify for the discounted family pricing are not included in the families of 5+ rate.

As always individual student passes have no age restrictions!

To pick up your pass, you must present all of the following documentation:

  • Co-op or Apprenticeship documentation if applicable
  • A copy of your current course curriculum/registration showing dates and times for classes with your name & student ID printed on it
  • Statement showing payment/partial payment of your course fees and your student number. *this does not include your minimal registration fee and must show a significant payment toward your registered course fee tuition
  • Valid government picture ID such as; driver’s license, passport or B.C. ID

*Failure to provide the above documentation will result in an increase to the current Adult Season Pass rate.

Q: How do you define a family?
A: Families of 3 + are defined as parents and/or children between the ages of 6 years and 18 years living at the same residence. Families of 5 or more only pay for the 4 oldest family members and the remaining passes are free with only a $25 processing fee. Tots (5 years & under) are free and only pay a processing fee and are not included in the family count.

*All free passes are subject to a $25 processing fee.

The savings apply when there are two family members purchasing passes and they also have a qualifying student 19 years to 25 years old. They are now eligible for the Family 3+ rates instead of 3 paying individual rates.

Q: Do I need to sign a waiver this year?
A: Everyone will need to sign a new paper waiver in person this year, parents will need to sign for their children 18 years or younger.

Q: Do I need a new photo?
A: You do not need a new photo if you have been a passholder in the last 2 seasons (2012/2013 or 2013/2014). If you did not have a seasons pass in the last 2 seasons, you will need a new photo.
