BCSA Provincial Series Boardercross
February 10th to 12th, 2012
A provincial Series Boardercross event happening in TELUS Park. This will be more of a grass-roots style event to get a younger crowd who may have never been in a race before.
BC Snowboard Association is committed to providing a competition series that provides amateur snowboarders with an opportunity to gain competitive experience within a positive and structured series. Big White Ski Resort is committed to supporting amateur sport and is proud to host the BC Snowboard Provincial Series Snowboard Cross events.
The BC Snowboard Provincial Series is sanctioned by Canada~Snowboard and FIS. These events provide opportunity for athletes to compete for FIS points and to qualify for Canada~Snowboard Nationals through their points and Provincial Series ranking, as well as Western SBX Series points. These events are the developmental program for young riders, as well as a tool for more established riders to gain FIS points.

Events are open to all current Advanced Membership holders (and current FIS license holders).
All competitors MUST hold a current BC Snowboard Advanced Competitor License (or reciprocal provincial membership).
All FIS competitors MUST hold a current FIS license.
Limited Event Membership for each day is available at $20/day (can be purchased onsite).

Entry Fees: $50 for each event
Lift Tickets:
Competitors receive 25% discount coupon at registration to purchase lift tickets and are purchased at the main ticket office in the Village Center Mall.
