The public washrooms are located downstairs in the Village Centre Mall. Simply go down the stairs, turn left and take the first right.
To buy lift tickets, please go to any tickets desk at the Westridge Warming Hut, the Ridge Day Lodge, Happy Valley Day Lodge, the Black Forest hut or the Village Centre Mall.
The Ski/Board School Desk is the point of sale for all ski/board lessons, located in the Village Centre Mall.
To rent ski or snowboarding equipment, please visit our Rental Shop located upstairs in the Village Centre Mall. To rent skates, please visit the ticket office at Happy Valley.
The Lost and Found is at the Ticket Office in the Village Centre Mall.
Trail Maps are available throughout the upstairs of the Village Centre Mall and at all Ticket Sales located at the Westridge Warming Hut, Ridge Day Lodge and Happy Valley, as well as most of the other business establishments at Big White.
Once you are ready to post your letter or postcard, you may bring them to the Administration Building (upstairs in the yellow building beside the Village Centre Mall) where your mail will be posted with a machine stamp that you purchase there. It then will be taken to the post office in Kelowna to be sent off.
Envy, Ski Dazzle, The Village Rider, Dizzy's, Down Under gift shop are all located in the Village Centre Mall. Mountain Gear Specialist is located in the Whitefoot Lodge.
Foreign money exchange is available at Ticket Office in the Village Centre Mall.
The Happy Valley Gondola is located right next to the Village Centre Mall. You can ride on the Gondola to the Happy Valley Day Lodge. The ice skating rink is right in front of the day lodge and the Mega Snow Coaster Tubing Ride is located just off to the left of the gondola bottom base station.
Day lockers and Ski Repair are located downstairs of the Village Centre Mall.
A quick lunch is available in the Happy Valley Day Lodge from soups and sandwiches to hamburgers and fries. The Loose Moose Lounge is also located in Happy Valley with all pub fare available. Upstairs of the Village Centre Mall is Beano’s Coffee Shop and downstairs is the Bakery. Pubs and Lounges nearby are Santé Grill at the White Crystal, Raakel's Ridge Pub and Snowshoe Sam’s. Sit-down lunches and kids are welcome at the Santé Grille, Globe café & Tapas Bar and upstairs at Gunbarrell Grill.

The ATMs accept all North American debit cards and worldwide MasterCards as long as they have the Cirrus logo on them.
There are five money machines available:
- Around the corner from Ski Dazzle retail shop in the Village Centre Mall
- Near the Ticket Office in the Happy Valley Day Lodge
- Snowshoe Sam’s
- The Market @ Big White
Wireless Internet access is available at The Happy Valley Day Lodge and the Village Centre Mall.
There is one internet Cafe facility on mountain. Mountain Gear Specialist, located in the Whitefoot Lodge, had computer stations and business facilities.
Try your best to avoid losing your season pass! But if you do, report it immediately to our ticket sales staff. We will replace your lost or stolen pass for a $25.00 administration free.
If you forget your season pass, a single day replacement ticket will be issued once per season, per passholder.

Ski jackets and ski pants are available for rent at Dizzy's located across from the Village Center Mall.
Monthly Cruz the Blues - Powered by Stutters Disaster Kleenup! See how well you know Big White at this free two-day event! Grab your Cruz the Blues passport, collect all the stamps off as many blue runs (intermediate) as possible and win some great prizes. Everyone receives a Cruz the Blues t-shirt at our prize ceremony Sunday at 3:30pm! We all know that Exhibition is easy to find, but where the heck is White Tail? This great event is sponsored Stutters Disaster Kleenup.
The Kids Carnival in the Village Center Mall - This is for all the kids out there! Every Thursday and Saturday night form 6:30 to 8:00pm, the kids can play games, have their faces painted, win great prizes and enjoy the free popcorn and cotton candy! The Loose Moose and Boomer the Kangaroo even make a special appearance for the mascot race!
Big Reds at Big White - This annual event attracts several local wineries with their release of red wine for the season. Many of our on-mountain restaurants will be there with delicious appetizers. This event is growing every year, so don't miss out!
We have a shopping shuttle that departs every Saturday and Sunday at 9am, Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30am and Wednesday evening at 5pm from Happy Valley for $12.00. The shuttle will drop off passengers off at Orchard Plaza shopping centre.

Where are the ATM's located?
There are 5 ATM's on the mountain, located in the Village Centre Mall, The Happy Valley Day Lodge, Snowshoe Sam's, Raakel's and inside the entrance-way to The Market (general store).
Do the ATM's take VISA & Mastercard?
The ATM's accept all North American debit cards and worldwide Mastercards as long as they have the Cirrus logo on them.
Is there chip technology on the resort?
Yes, all of Big White's points of sale have chip enabled credit card readers, you will need to obtain your pin from your bank before you leave home as the new technology protects you from fraudulent use of your cards, but also prevents Big White from manually processing these cards if you have forgotten your PIN. Some banks will require you to “activate” the card for international use before you leave home.
