Think you have reached your peak potential on your skis? The Big White Ski & Board School wants to take you even further. This season, the Big White Ski & Board School will introduce you to a series of High Performance sessions with some of Canada’s top level 4 instructors. Each session will focus on a specific aspect of skiing to maximize your performance. Spend an entire day with a pro that will take you to, and show you how to tame, the most challenging terrain Big White has to offer. Small group sizes and the use of video analysis are guaranteed to give you the feedback you need to improve your skiing knowledge and skill.
Sessions are for skiers of ability levels 5 & 6.
Each session includes full day of skiing and lunch at the Happy Valley Day Lodge.
Maximum 4 people per group and minimum 2 people per group.
Early Season Tune-up: Dec 15th
Don’t waste time getting back into the groove - start your season off right with our early season tune-up! Spend the day with one of our level 4 ski pros and work out all the kinks from a summer off snow. Take advantage of a video analysis session to help you gear up for your best season on snow yet.
Slash the Steeps: Jan 12th
Do you want to ski the cliff like a pro? This session is all about increasing performance on the steeps. Work with a pro to improve your ability to power down the steepest terrain at Big White Ski Resort.
Bash the Bumps: Feb 16th
Find yourself getting bumped around when the bumps get bigger? Take our bump session with one of our level 4 pros. You will learn the secrets to keeping your feet underneath you and riding the moguls like you were on the groomers!
Tackle the Trees: Mar 23rd
Get nervous when the trees get tight? This session will focus on improving your ability to move your feet fast to weave through the trees like they are not there at all. Our pros will improve your confidence in the trees and show you some of the finest glade skiing Big White has to offer.
Dates: December 15th, January 12th, February 16th, and March 23rd
Time: 9:30am - 3:30pm
Cost: $139, includes lunch
