Inviting all intermediate to advanced skiers and snowboarders to join us for fun and focused camps this winter. We guarantee that your skills will improve significantly and you’ll have a lot of laughs along the way!

Your Edge Camp experience is defined by outstanding professional coaching from Edith Rozsa, one of Canada's best Alpine Ski Racers, as well as Big White's top Pro Instructors. Small groups of similarly-able skiers and riders mean that you will receive enough personal attention to significantly improve your skills, in the great company of like-minded individuals. In addition, you will have access to a boot fitting consult, video analysis, lift line priority, après receptions, and amazing prizes from Bollè, Columbia, Head, Rayburns Marine World and Bikram Yoga Kelowna.

We also offer a special Powder Edge Camp for the more adventurous skiers who would like to put their skills to the test and have the time of their lives. Baldface Lodge Cat Skiing is based out of Nelson, BC. Guests will helicopter into the Alpine lodge and from there, have access to over 32,000 acres of ski-able terrain, open bowls, peaks, perfectly spaced trees and 500+ inches of snow - you never have to worry about competing for fresh tracks. Coaching in the cat and by video analysis in the lodge at the end of the day to ensure we get maximum vertical!

FAQs

Q: Do I have to be an expert skier or boarder to take an Edge Camp?
A: No, absolutely not. We can accomodate all ability levels, although it is primarily a camp for the intermediate-advance skier.

Q: Do I have to take all of the camps?
A: No, you can attend as many as you want to. You can join us mid-way through the season for one or more camps and fit seamlessly into your group.

Q: Are lunches included?
A: No, but a lunch location is established if you would like to join us. This makes for fast, affordable and delicious meals which allow us to get back out onto the hill quickly.

Testimonials

• 'I learned more this weekend than I would have in an entire season' – Kinga

• 'I felt like a queen all weekend' – Wendy

• 'My husband has always wanted me to get a lesson (or two) and I have always said 'no I am too old to learn to ski any better'. I have only positive comments about the camp and the instructors – it was certainly worth it for me.' – Carolyn

• 'Finally, I trust my skiing skills (which have improve vastly because of the camps), and that has given me the confidence to 'charge' those runs! I'm having fun skiing again. For that, I'm truly thankful to you. The environment you have created through the camps has nurtured many friendships that I'm sure will continue on and off the hill.' - Joy

• 'The level of instruction and dedication of the coaches was more than most of us could imagine. My confidence has improved 100%. I think the men on the mountain better look out. You have truly inspired us' – Cindy

• 'Just want to say to anyone who is thinking about doing your next edge camp, "get in quick you won't regret it, its an opportunity of a lifetime' - Geoff

• 'I have skied for over 25 years and had never taken any instruction: I always felt that I could figure it out on my own. I knew that I was not a great skier, but our two days on the slope made me realize how much there is to learn. You conveyed your knowledge on good technique in a way that was easy to understand, and most of all, it was a lot of fun. Thanks for a great weekend of skiing!' - Tyler
