Our knowledgeable and professional Groups Coordinators pride themselves on making every group trip a memorable one. We provide a full spectrum of services and will assist you every step of the way. Big White Central Reservations is your one stop shop for all your group's needs including, but not limited to:

  • a huge selection of accommodations
  • discounted lift tickets
  • discounted equipment rentals
  • discounted ski & snowboard lessons
  • food and beverage
  • ground & select air transportation
  • other resort activities and events

Discounted Group Rates

  • Group rates are available to a group of 20 or more people having one group leader.
  • Group discounts are based on a 15% savings on accommodation, lift tickets, equipment rental and ski & snowboard group lessons. If we have a promotion or special available at the time of your booking that offers a better savings our Groups Coordinators will suggest that alternative.
  • If your group drops to less than 20 people - no problem; we can adjust your rates and continue to assist you.

Group Payments

  • Big White Central Reservations requires one payment per group. 
  • Our Groups Coordinator will work with your Group Leader to help choose the right payment plan for your group.

Trip Insurance

  • Big White Central Reservation recommends that all guests purchase Trip Insurance.
  • If you would like insurance information our Groups Coordinators and our partner, Uniglobe Direct, will assist you with insurance quotes and bookings.

While You Are Here

  • Our Groups Team is at the resort, ready to welcome your group, assist throughout your stay and wave you off until next time.
  • Lost lift tickets, rental or lesson vouchers - each ticket has a removable stub, simply present the stub to our Groups Coordinators who will replace it right away.
  • Lift ticket, rental or lesson voucher returns - we understand that last minute cancellations can happen so we are pleased to provide our 10% return policy. You may return up to 10% of your total order of lift tickets, rental and or lesson vouchers.
