Happy Valley Learning Area with two Magic carpets running.
Ice Skating Rink at Happy Valley  (11:00am until 5:30pm)

All single day lift Tickets will be 50% off Saturday, November 29th!

Early Season conditions are in effect until further notice, please stay on open runs only.

The Village Shuttle will be available starting Saturday at 7:00am.

***All buses depart from Big White from Happy Valley parking lot at 4:00pm sharp, arrival time at each destination will depend on roads conditions and traffic as well as how busy the bus is and how many stops it has to make.

Operating Schedule & Pricing:

West Kelowna, Kelowna, & Mission buses run every Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Winfield & Glenmore buses run every Saturday & Sunday.

All buses run daily during the following holiday periods:

Christmas Break:  December 21st to January 5th (inclusive)
BC Family Day:    
February 10th
Pro-D Day:
            February 21st
Spring Break:       March 15th - March 30th

Round Trip:
          $24.00 (tax included)
One Way:              $19.00 (tax included)
Season Pass:        Early Bird is $275 (plus tax), and Regular Season is $325.

Payments are to be made on the bus upon arrival of Big White Ski Resort and before departure on the bus when it is returning to Kelowna.

No bookings needed, just show up at the Bus Stop. First come, first served!

There are elements of risk that common sense and personal awareness can help reduce. Regardless of how you decided to use the slopes, always show courtesy to others. Please adhere to the code listed below and share with others the responsibility for a safe outdoor experience.

  1. Always stay in control. You must be able to stop, or avoid other people or objects.
  2. People ahead of you have the right-of-way. It is your responsibility to avoid them.
  3. Do not stop where you obstruct a trail or are not visible from above.
  4. Before starting downhill or merging onto a trail, look uphill and yield to others.
  5. If you are involved in or witness a collision or accident, you must remain at the scene and identify yourself to the Ski Patrol.
  6. Always use proper devices to help prevent runaway equipment.
  7. Observe and obey all posted signs and warnings.
  8. Keep off closed trails and closed areas.
  9. You must not use lifts or terrain if your ability is impaired through use of alcohol or drugs.
  10. You must have sufficient physical dexterity, ability and knowledge to safely load, ride and unload lifts. If in doubt, ask the lift attendant.

  2. Ski in indicated direction and obey all posted signs and warnings. Keep off closed trails.
  3. Always ski to the right when meeting oncoming skiers and when skiing on a double track.
  4. Yield the track to faster skiers and skiers calling ‘track’.
  5. Stay in control. On two-way trails descending skiers have the right-of-way.
  6. Do not stop where you obstruct a trail or are not visible to others. Move off the track quickly if you fall or during rest stops.
  7. Do not litter. Take out what you pack in. Respect all property.
  8. Report all incidents.
