Kelowna International Airport is pleased to welcome Tim Hortons to its food and beverage concession program; and with a seating capacity of 90 seats, the Airport has the bragging rights as Kelowna’s largest Tim Hortons.
“This is a perfect fit for us and the airport,” says David Mah, Skyway Gourmet Ventures President. “We look forward to the opportunity to offer customers this expanded food and beverage service.” Skyway Ventures has the food services contract at Kelowna International Airport which also manages the Skyway Lounge, the Skyway Café and Bar and the Airport’s WhiteSpot Restaurant and Lounge.
“In the airport’s annual customer satisfaction survey, passengers have indicated they want branded food services,” says Airport Advisory Chair and Kelowna Mayor Sharon Shepherd. “We are pleased to welcome Tim Hortons to this facility offering quality food at reasonable prices – two concepts that I believe our passengers will appreciate.”
Business hours for the new Tim Hortons are Monday to Sunday 5 a.m. to 9 pm. Effective December 15, hours will increase from 4:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Customers can find the restaurant located in the main terminal across from the check-in counters, serving passengers before they head through security.
