What a great week it has been up at Big White – Starting on Sunday with our 2nd Annual Mountain of Memories Car Show! Despite the chilly weather, everyone had a great day cruising with cars, hiking the hills and bouncing with the band! Thank You to everyone who helped make the day so awesome!

It’s been a busy week for the events crew gearing up for our annual seasons pass sale at Orchard Park Mall, coming up next week – Sept 16th to 21st! For all the details and Brand New benefits of being a Big White Seasons Pass holder click here!

The construction crews have had a busy week as they continue to work on overdrive before the snow comes! The Chateau Blanc began pouring columns and shear walls in preparation to pour the suspended slab in their P2 level parkade. They also continue work on the elevator core on the same level. The crane at Chateau Blanc still towers over the site and can be seen from the live webcam live webcam . It has a reach of over 270 feet and will grow in height with the building.

Stonegate continues to steam ahead with as they continue working on roof trusses and preparations for the installation of 250 windows! Groundwork is almost completed with electrical and pluming services installed and walkways completed. Landscaping will begin shortly as they prepare for a December 1st opening!

Outdoor Operations continues maintenance on the cabins from Lara’s Gondola, and have completed painting the Black Forest towers! Our summer grooming project continues with over half the brush cutting completed on Gem Lake and excavator work continuing on Serwa’s and Exhibition!
