We know that wildlife viewing is a popular activity at BC provincial and Okanagan regional parks, but this weekend some 'larger than life' animals will be visiting the area.

The Big White Moose and the Silver Star Silver Fox are migrating down from their winter mountain haunts and doing a one-day blitz of regional and provincial parks. This Saturday, look for the Silver Star Silver Fox on-site at Ellison, Fintry, and Kekuli Bay Provincial Parks; while the Big White's "Loose Moose" will be at Lake Okanagan Resort, Bear Creek, and City Park in Kelowna.

The mascots will be handing out special discount coupons for Silver Star's summer activities, including paintball, mountain biking, and chairlift rides. You can also get a two-for-one early season ski and snowboard pass to either resort that is good from opening day until December 15, 2008.
