Big White Ski Resort Ltd. is now recruiting owners for its 2008/2009 Staff Accommodation Program.
Big White Ski Resort Ltd. offers two FREE referral staff housing programs for owners at Big White. Both of these programs are designed to provide you with a stable source of rental income and help resort staff with their seasonal and long-term accommodation needs.
*Big White is looking for units from Studios to Chalets for our Seasonal Staff to Managers.*
Big White Staff Accommodation Program 08/09: this program is designed for those owners who seek the peace-of-mind of having our company manage your property: No stress, no rents to collect, no tenant interviews, no check-ups on your tenants, and no worries about repairs! In this program Big White Ski Resort Ltd. will do the following:
- Lease your unit for a period of 5 months; from November 15th to April 15th for approximately $400 - $425 per person per month (max 2 per bedroom) depending on the unit and its location.
- At the beginning of the season we will inspect your property with you, record an inventory list, and take pictures of the unit.
- We will screen and house our employees in your property. These employees will sign a contract that requires them to abide by our programs House Rules and your building’s bylaws.
- We will complete monthly inspections of your property to ensure that it is being properly maintained.
- At the end of the season we will complete any repairs required, to assure you that your property is returned to you as it was received (less general wear and tear). At our cost!
Courtesy Referral List: If you wish to manage your unit yourself and only seek help with reaching prospective tenants, give us a call and we’ll add you to our list. When interested mountain staff come looking, we’ll let them know. Please forward the following information to us:
- Your contact information (name, phone number and/or email address);
- Location of your unit with number of bedrooms;
- The rental price (please indicate if this includes utilities).
