The Black Diamond’s kitchen is in the capable hands of Chef Shaun Ilchuk. Chef Shaun’s signature talent is his love of steaks and wild-caught seafood. The ‘mountain gourmet’ fare includes a Yorkshire beef dip - a local favorite, tasty seafood chowder, and new to the menu, a mouthwatering salt-crusted filet mignon.

The excitement off the slopes continues at the Black Diamond’s après patio, where the vibe is perfect for skiers to warm up while sipping on one of our three hot amigos: Gluhwein, El Espresso de Don, or an Après Cider Cocktail.
