The Black Diamond Bar & Grill features food with a European flare. Looking for a place to fuel up quick without missing a minute on the slopes – Cecil’s Perogies has you covered. Conveniently located at the bottom of the Black Forest chair, our perogies are made from a time-honoured traditional recipe. Come down and join us for a quick snack or a hearty lunch.

The Gunbarrel Grill serves up great mouth-watering food for the whole family with exceptional service from friendly, knowledgeable staff. The Lotus Lounge is warm and modern, finished in deep reds and burnt oranges, silk pillows and gold details are the perfect setting for a romantic night out or relaxed dinner with friends.
With an emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic component, the varied national menu is built around the four fundamental flavors: spicy, sweet, salty and sour.

The Thai Lotus Lounge is a restaurant for serious gourmets or foodies at heart who value the strong, fresh flavors of authentic Thai cuisine. In true Thai fashion meals are served ‘family style’ with several dishes being served at once. Rarely does a meal have a repetition of tastes, various dishes combine to make the experience varied and satisfying.
