A great steakhouse starts with its beef and we have made the commitment to use only the best Certified Angus Beef and has been aged a minimum of 28 days.
To accompany the world class beef program, the seafood selection conforms to Oceanwise certifications for its sustainability to ensure that it is not only the freshest and of the highest quality, but it is also responsibly managed and farmed.
The experience of dining in larger groups has been elevated in the Steakhouse by the addition of a Harvest Table made of 100 year old reclaimed fir and able to seat up to 22 guests. Harvest Table dinners are served family style and highlight locally sourced Farm to Table items.
An easy match with all the food offerings is our Okanagan-centric wine list with a strong focus on the varietals that are proving to be world beaters like award winning Pinot Noir and Syrah.
