Shopping Shuttle Service to Kelowna

What is it?
This service is available for all guests and staff at Big White Ski Resort on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. As well as Wednesday nights. Tickets are $10 per person return.

When?
Departs Big White:
Tuesday/Thursday: 8:30 am
Saturday/Sunday: 9:00 am
Wednesday: 5:00 pm
Departs from Happy Valley car park near the Day Lodge
Drops off outside Save on Foods at Orchard Park Shopping Centre (approx 9:30 am – 10:00 am)
*Note Orchard Park doesn’t open until 11 am on Sundays
Departs Kelowna:
3:00 pm from Save on Foods at Orchard Park Shopping Centre (same location as drop off).
Guests must be ready to board at 2:45 pm.
Wednesday nights depart Kelowna at 10:00 pm from Save on Foods at Orchard Park Shopping Centre (same location as drop off).

How to Book?
- At the Activities desk in the Village Center Mall. If the bus doesn't have the minimum 10 people required to run the bus 48 hours prior to it's departure, it will be cancelled.
- Passengers must BOOK and PAY 2 DAYS in advance at the Activities Desk. The bus driver cannot sell tickets
- 24 HOURS NOTICE for exchange or cancellation
- Refunds will not be given for missing the bus
- Passengers are advised to bring a large bag or something to keep all their shopping together.

Maximum of 20 people per bus
- Must have at least 10 passengers by 3:30 pm on the day prior for travel to run.
- No luggage permitted on Shopping Shuttle
- If a passenger does not load from Big White they will lose their seat. Passengers are not permitted to ride one way from Kelowna to Big White.
