Booking & Cancellation Policies

A deposit is required at time of booking to confirm the reservation. The deposit is equivalent to the rate of the first night's accommodation or $100.00, whichever is greater. From the date of the original booking you have up to 10-days to cancel the reservation without penalty. After 10-days, the deposit is non-refundable should you cancel.
Reservations made prior to October 15th, are based on a required 5-night minimum. Any changes to the reservation that decrease the stay to less than 5-nights are deemed non-refundable and you will be charged for a minimum of 5-nights.

Final payment for your accommodation package is due 30-days prior to arrival. There are no refunds on accommodation cancellations within 30-days of arrival.

Big White Central Reservations does not allow guests to move or upgrade accommodation within 30-days of arrival. There is no refund for unused portions of your vacation.

Insurance
We strongly recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance. Ask one of our experience Central Reservations Agents for details. Remember insurance must be purchased within 48-hours of making your reservation.

The Fine Print
All rates quoted per room, per night based on the minimum occupancy as indicated. Minimum 2-night stay. (5 night minimum in Holiday Season and 3 night minimum during President's Week; 3 night minimum at Inn at Big White in Holiday Season.) All prices are quoted in Canadian funds and are subject to change. Taxes are not included (8% Hotel Tax and 5% GST). Children 18 and under stay free. |
