A: To buy lift tickets, please go to any tickets desk at the Westridge Warming Hut, the Ridge Day Lodge, Happy Valley Day Lodge or the Village Centre Mall. The Ski/Board School Desk is the point of sale for all ski/board lessons, located in the Village Centre Mall. A: Once you are ready to post your letter or postcard, you may bring them to the Administration Building (upstairs in the yellow building beside the Village Centre Mall) where your mail will be posted with a machine stamp that you purchase there. You can ride on the Gondola to the Happy Valley Day Lodge. Q: Where can I get a quick lunch? Where is the nearest pub/lounge? A: A quick lunch is available upstairs of the Village Centre Mall at Beano’s Coffee Shop and downstairs at the Bakery. Gigi's has a great express lunch on offer. The Happy Valley Day Lodge and the Ridge Day Lodge have cafeterias for lunch and snacks. Pubs and Lounges nearby are the Snow Ghost Lounge at the White Crystal, Raakel's Ridge Pub and Snowshoe Sam’s. The Loose Moose Cafeteria at Happy Valley changes to a family friendly restaurant with a pub atmosphere after 4:00 pm. Q: Can I use my VISA card in the money machines? A: You can only use your VISA card in the ATM money machine located around the corner from the Activities Desk in the Village Centre Mall. This money machine accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Plus, Interac, Maestro and Cirrus. The other ATM money machines at Big White accept Mastercard, AMEX Maestro, Cirrus and Interac.^ Top |

Q: Is there any On Mountain transportation?
A: There is an On Mountain Shuttle that runs on a half hour schedule leaving from the Village Centre Mall on the hour and half hour. From the Village Centre Mall the shuttle goes up to Treetops, departing at Ten after and Twenty to the hour for the Happy Valley Day Lodge and Snowpines.

- Around the corner from Ski Dazzle retail shop in the Village Centre Mall
- Near the Ticket Office in the Happy Valley Day Lodge
- Snowshoe Sam’s
- The Market @ Big White

Q: Is there public Internet access? A: Wireless Internet access is available at The Happy Valley Day Lodge and the Village Centre Mall.
There is one internet Cafe facility on mountain. Quickpics, located across from the Village Centre Mall has six computer stations and business facilities. ^ Top |

Q: What if I lose my season pass? A: Try your best to avoid losing your season pass! But if you do, report it immediately to our ticket sales staff. We will replace your lost or stolen pass for a $25.00 administration free.
If you forget your season pass, a single day replacement ticket will be issued once per season, per passholder. ^ Top |

Q: What are your top 3 festivals/events? A: Monthly Cruz the Blues - Powered by Dockside Marine! See how well you know Big White at this free two-day event! Grab your Cruz the Blues passport, collect all the stamps off as many blue runs (intermediate) as possible and win some great prizes. Everyone receives a Cruz the Blues t-shirt at our prize ceremony Sunday at 4 p.m.! We all know that Exhibition is easy to find, but where the heck is White Tail? This great event is sponsored Tim Horton's and Dockside Marine!
The Kids Carnival in the Village Center Mall - This is for all the kids out there! Every Thursday and Saturday night form 6:30 to 8pm, the kids can play games, have their faces painted, win great prizes and enjoy the free popcorn and cotton candy! The Loose Moose and Boomer the Kangaroo even make a special appearance for the mascot race!
Big Reds at Big White - This annual event attracts several local wineries with their release of red wine for the season. Many of our on-mountain restaurants will be there with delicious appetizers. This event is growing every year, so don't miss out!

Q: Do you have any transportation into Kelowna? A: We have a shopping shuttle that departs every Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday from Happy Valley at 8:30am for $10 (regardless of whether you are going one way or taking a round trip). The shuttle will drop off passengers off at Orchard Plaza and return for pick-up at 3:00pm.^ Top |
