| Dec 20 - 24 | Free photos with Santa in the Village Centre Mall
Santa can tell if you've been naughty or nice. Dec.20-24 Quickpics will be snapping high-quality digital photos with Santa in the Village Centre Mall.
The photos are free and printed on the spot. You are never too old to take your picture with Santa Claus! From 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm daily right up to Christmas eve. |
| Dec 24 | Christmas Eve Parade and Festivities
There's no place better than Big White to have a “White Christmas”. Join us for our traditional Christmas Eve Celebration, get your families photo taken with Santa, attend an indoor Church service at the Village Centre Mall, take part in Christmas caroling, the torchlight parade, fireworks show with hot chestnuts roasting on an open fire and hot chocolate and await Santa's arrival!
This is a must attend event and it is all free! Photos take place all day and the festivities kick off with the church service at 4:30 pm. |

Ski and Snowboard with Santa! Meet Santa in the Village at 10:00am before he heads out for a Christmas Day run.

Paint your face green and gold and belt out your favourite Aussie drinking songs! Who can it be now? The Boxing Kangaroo! Join us in the Village Centre Mall in all of your Australian gear for a run down Kangaroo Ski Run! Later, meet us at the Happy Valley Day Lodge all day as we play Aussie music and join in meat pie eating contests, cricket, footie and the lot! We will be playing Australian music all day long.

Conditions of entry: All photos must be taken during 08/09 season. All film material must be owned by contestant and shot in the 08/09 season • Contestants must select which category to enter • No pre made films allowed to enter • Films to be no longer than 5 min.
Screening starts at 7:00pm at Happy Valley Day Lodge.

The day begins with a church service in the Village Plaza at 8:30 am followed by the arrival of the Easter Bunny and our all day Easter egg hunt. Chocolate for everyone! |
