Skating on 'Canada's Highest Skating Rink' at Big White

There is so much to offer at Happy Valley, you’ll have a hard time deciding what to do first! You’ve sped down the Mega Snow Coaster, the kids have raced their own snowmobiles, now why not rent some skates and test your hockey skills on one of our two fantastic outdoor rinks? Skate on Canada's highest skating rink, it's the same size as an Olympic Hockey rink!  If you’re not a hockey player there is plenty of room for you and your whole family to enjoy the rink with a leisurely skate.

Hours of Operation

Sunday - Thursday: 11:00am - 9:00pm
Friday - Saturday & Holidays: 11:00am - 10:00pm

Prices

  • Skating Rink Ticket: $5.00/day
  • Skate Rental: $8.50/hour
  • Hockey Stick Rental: $4.00/hour. $30 deposit required.
  • Hockey Helmet Rental: $4.00/hour
