Leah Holuboff is an award winning pastry chef and graduate of the Okanagan College Culinary Arts program. She oversees the dessert and pastry production for all Big White’s corporate restaurants and she wants to take you through the basics of working with her favorite ingredient, chocolate. Spend a few hours with Leah and you will know more about working with chocolate and how to prepare some very simple, but elegant desserts. Working with our very own custom blends designed in Meulan, France at the Cacao Barry OR Noir laboratory by Executive Chef, Rob Walker. Light snacks, chocolate treats along with samples of chocolate friendly cocktails will be served. Space is limited, please sign up below.
