Happy Valley

The Happy Valley kitchen is getting overhauled this summer. Every piece of equipment has been pulled out of the kitchen and is getting check over, refurbished and thoroughly cleaned. Right now the various stoves, ovens, fryers and other kitchen appliances are sitting in the dining area of Happy Valley. With all of the appliances out of the kitchen repairs and painting are taking place. By the time we open for business next fall the Happy Valley kitchen will be like new!
The Happy Valley Team are also reviewing the menus for the various areas. They will have some delicious new meals for all of us next winter.
