Big White's Biggest Snow Day. Ever.

Yesterday was the biggest snow day in Big White history. 56 cm in 36 hours made for an incredible day full of fresh, Okanagan Champagne Powder.

The storm came in at 10pm on Sunday night. Fluffy flakes of Okanagan Champagne Powder began falling from the sky and haven't stopped since.

Big White: New Year's Eve 2014

We saw the New Year in with style this season. Two sets of fireworks meant that the entire resort was lit up at 8pm and midnight, with families enjoying free hot chocolate, free glowsticks and Family Challenge Night at Happy Valley Day Lodge.

Big White Ski Resort near Kelowna, British Columbia Canada is reporting record tourism numbers for the Christmas season, according to resort Senior Vice President Michael J Ballingall.
